An invisible hearing aid – is it really possible?

It’s remarkable how a change in the seasons can bring a change in feeling, in outlook; the glimpses of Spring we have had recently bring a sense of hope and optimism. With the thought of ‘going out’ tantalisingly close, this month the focus is on a feature I am asked about a lot: invisibility.

As an audiologist I know that hearing aids are incredible these days. Being jam packed full of tiny electronics, microphones and power systems it’s a wonder that they are still pretty discreet. However, for some people, discreet is not enough and I completely understand.

What’s the solution?
